About Me

I am a board-approved supervisor with over six years experience providing group and individual supervision for psychology students on placements, provisional psychologists on internship, early career psychologists, counselling teams, and other health professionals including GPs and AOD workers.

I am a counselling-endorsed psychologist with over ten years of experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, insomnia, and substance use using a trauma informed, feedback-informed approach.

I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, effective, feedback-informed supervision. My goal is to create a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where supervisees are supported to reflect and develop the skills that they need to grow their confidence.
