I am a counselling-endorsed psychologist with over ten years of experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, insomnia, and substance use using a trauma informed, feedback-informed approach.
I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, effective, feedback-informed supervision. My goal is to create a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where supervisees are supported to reflect and develop the skills that they need to grow their confidence.
