About Me

I am a counselling endorsed psychologist specialised in the treatment of anxiety and insomnia with a trauma-informed approach.

I’ve worked with organisations including the Australasian Sleep Association and Reconnexion, a Service of EACH to develop and deliver sleep interventions to the public and improve sleep training for health professionals across Australia.

I have over a decade of experience working with individuals to learn strategies to better manage their anxiety, and helping individuals to safely come off anti-anxiety medications.

I strive to provide an open, caring, and non-judgmental space. My style is eclectic and based on your needs, using strategies including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, with a focus on interpersonal process.

I believe wholeheartedly that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life free from anxiety and insomnia, and work hard alongside all of my clients to give them the best chance of success.

Fees

Fees for individual counselling and supervision are listed here.  Sessions typically run for 50 minutes. Medicare rebates are available for clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP.  Limited low-cost and bulk billed sessions may be available to concession card holders. 

Individual Counselling (standard fee)

$180 per session

Medicare rebate of $96.65 available

Out of pocket $83.35

Low-Fee & Bulk Billing Counselling

Reduced fee (by arrangement) or no out of pocket cost

Mental healthcare plan required
