About Me
I’m a counselling-endorsed psychologist with over ten years of experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, insomnia, and substance use, using a trauma-informed approach.
I’m a board-approved supervisor with experience providing supervision to psychology students on placement, provisional psychologists undertaking internships, early-career psychologists, and other health professionals including GPs and AOD workers.
I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, effective supervision. My goal is to create a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where supervisees can grow with confidence and clarity.
